No matter if I’m an ECD at an agency or the director on a film set, my goal is to create a collaborative, dynamic, and ego free environment which ultimately produces breakthrough work. This safe and inspiring space also allows creatives, client, and crew to challenge their individual best while sharing in the creation of project.
